Technical Skills Get the Interview. Who They Are Gets the Job.
Stop Ticking Boxes. Start Lighting Fires
We are facing an epidemic of social awkwardness. The decline of face-to-face interaction has left a generation with the technical skills to do the work, but without the human connection to keep the job.
You can provide all the training in the world, but if they can’t read a room or handle the discomfort of real interaction, they won’t settle in. They will drop out.
"The quality of your life is the quality of your communication." — Tony Robbins
I facilitate the growth of Social Intelligence
I don’t do beige "employability training" that blends into the background. I am here to bring the fire in their belly.
My goal is to ignite a sense of worth that stands firm in any room. I help them realise that the future isn't a tide they must survive, but a territory they can claim. I want them running towards their potential, finding and cultivating their unfair advantage and knowing how to interact with a room full of different personalities..
My Approach: The Gateway
I teach them social media, content creation, and smartphone video. That is what grabs their attention.
But that is just the vehicle. What I am actually teaching is Communication and Behavioural Intelligence.
Social media is simply a mirror of human behaviour. I use the platforms they already love to teach them the skills they are missing. We take those digital concepts and ground them in the real world.
The goal isn't just "likes." It is about knowing how to be face-to-face in a working environment—how to feel good in your own skin, and crucially, how to make the people around you feel good too.
The Ecosystem: I facilitate this through a hybrid model designed for deep impact:
Online Academy & Discord: To meet them where they are.
Intimate Workshops (Max 10): Because I need room for real, deep conversation.

Below is a 10-minute video where I address a young audience, explaining why communication is the key to their personal and professional success.
This hybrid communication and confidence programme supports 16–24‑year‑olds who are NEET, in Youth Hubs, or on employability pathways to develop the essential skills they need to belong and progress in the workplace.
Through four concise online modules and weekly face‑to‑face workshops, we bridge the gap between human connection and digital presence.
The curriculum is designed to build authority from the ground up:
Module 1 establishes the foundation of real-life communication, focusing on vocal cues, eye contact, body language, and the psychology of conversation to battle anxiety and master interpersonal dynamics. Workplace Communication & Collaboration
Translate presence into professional settings: Speak clearly in meetings, express ideas with confidence, make people feel good around you. Cover interviews (answering tough questions, rapport-building), team collaboration, 1:1s with managers, and handling group dynamics.)
Module 2 translates that presence into digital identity, helping young people define their unique "Art" and unfair advantage. They learn the psychology of online relationships, intentional behaviour, and how to project their worth and strengths on social media: LinkedIn and Instagram. Cut through AI hype and discover how emerging technologies can deepen connection, support smarter work, and help you (and your team) stay sharp without burning out.
Module 3 focuses on content creation and efficiency, covering written, spoken, and visual media (video, design, film). It teaches how to leverage AI tools effectively while maintaining safety and control over one's online footprint. + Linkedin Mastery.
Module 4 brings everything together through on-camera confidence, training participants to speak professionally to a smartphone lens and package their skills into a tangible personal brand.  camera-ready for virtual interviews and employer Zoom calls.
What you’ll return with:

Practical innovation Ideas that translate directly to your current projects and challenges
A creative reset. The mental space to tackle existing problems in new ways
 Retention, but with purpose
Compressed development that would require years of traditional training
I run the Youth Achievement Awards (YAA), accredited by Agored Cymru and part of the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales (CQFW).
That means young people don’t just gain communication skills – they also earn recognised qualification credits. YAA units sit on the same national framework as GCSEs, A Levels and other formal qualifications, so their work on this programme can contribute to their overall qualification profile and progression.
In other words: when they learn to communicate with more clarity, confidence and presence, it actually counts.
